Human slavery

Watch­ing a doco on SBS about traf­fick­ing in humans. Slave work­ers, sex slaves, traf­ficked across bor­ders from Mexico to the US, into Japan to ser­vice Yakuza, around the Balkans by the Albanian gangs work­ing with the Rus­sian mafia.

It’s ter­ri­fy­ing, infuri­at­ing. Anyone got any ideas of how I get myself work fight­ing this sort of thing? The UN headquar­ters in Aus­tralia is based in Sydney and I don’t want to move there right now. 

Maybe I should just start with the refugee action stuff here…
