Can anyone tell me the difference between ‘autochthonic’ and ‘indigenous’ (in cultural studies terms not botanic terms[1]) and explain why I’m starting to see autochthonic more?
[1] Although, come to think of it, daisynerd and maybe even jetspeaks, perhaps an explanation of the botanic terms will help me understand their use in cultural studies anyway…
