I’d like my brain back please

I was going to rant at you all about how amaz­ing Tariq Ali was, speak­ing in Sydney about Res­ist­ance and Empire (I snuck out to see him between my sis­ter’s wed­ding and the recep­tion) but this cold has filled my head with stuffy stuff. Anyhow, it’s going to be broad­cast on Chan­nel 31 on Sunday, i believe. 

Cath­er­ine’s art exhib­i­tion was great last night and I ended up put­ting my name in for a draw­ing of my friend Evan even though i can’t afford it. Other people bought my favour­ites of her draw­ings of me.

And lastly, I have agreed to judge the design cat­egory for the IT Journo Awards… among the final­ists are T3, an ex-direct-com­pet­itor), Atomic MPC (ex-boy­friend used to work there), PC Author­ity (same ex-boy­friend used to work there), icon (pub­lished my my ex-boss, should have been merged with e)mag and I should have been kept on as editor), MIS (friend Rachel used to work there) and some thing I’d never heard of called Smart House. Good thing I’m inde­pend­ent and impartial.
