And exactly *how* does this prove that the head of the UN some­how knows less about inter­na­tional law than the man who illeg­ally told Aus­tralian navy to tow a cer­tain boat out of Aus­tralian waters rather than honour our inter­na­tional oblig­a­tions on refugees?????
