Israel’s ministers just keep getting caught. I kinda feel sorry for this guy, but he really should have known better. Drunk? And where was the person who, presumably, tied him up? If it wasn’t someone he really, really trusted, then what was he, as a diplomat, doing with him/her in the first place?
