Journalists never listen

I can’t believe the ABC mis­spelled my name des­pite asking me to spell it for them this afternoon.

I have the ABC and Ch 10 late night news on tape… Ch 10 was just a brief shot of me speak­ing but no sound and a brief grab of Penelope Swales… ABC was a shot of the banner (yay!), the crowd fol­low­ing it (tekno­hip­pie clearly in shot, I think) and then a sound bite of me, my favour­ite “We are all someone’s child; we are all someone’s friend”. Did anyone catch Ch 7? They’re the ones that actu­ally nabbed me while Vardos were play­ing and inter­viewed me, but I think I was too hippie for them and forgot to speak in short enough grabs…
