Judge Gullaci said there was no basis for Dr Kozminsky’s belief that dyed purple hair was indicative of a “transient or more permanent psychotic state”. [from The Age, of course]

As someone who’s been dyeing my hair purple on and off for the last 20 years, I’m thrilled to know that, legally at least, any psychosis on my part has been conclusively dismissed as being definitively unrelated to said colour application.

Actual content relating to gay marriage in California, Israel’s 60 anniversary, the budget, the abolition of TPVs, and much more may appear over the weekend, psychosis willing.
