He currently has a very preliminary draft of the thing. I currently have a leave of absence form. Think I’ll get him to sign it on Friday and then I don’t have to worry about the thesis while travelling at all…
On the travel side, I’m in the process of getting a Ukrainian visa and the Czech, Latvian and Russian ones are yet to come. It’s not like me to leave these things till the last minute, but I only really decided I was going to Latvia and Russia in the last few weeks after Dad’s urging.
I have 46 papers to mark by Sunday when I head to Sydney. Now *that’ll* be fun.
Anyhow, Sydney folk, looks like I might see you at Kontrol on Sunday night. Other funky catch-up arrangements should be suggested swiftly as the rest of my week will be taken up with the X|Media Lab conference during the day and the Sydney Film Festival during the evenings. Bwahaha.
