Did anyone else spot Leunig’s dev­ast­at­ing com­ment on Bush’s push to col­on­ise Mars in today’s Age? They’ve still got yes­ter­day’s up at the Web site.

It’s a slav­er­ing bar­bar­ian man with blood on his fangs and blood on his sword, stand­ing on mounds of skulls and razor wire clutch­ing a bible. The cap­tion? “Onwards to Mars and the Moon”.

Chilling. More so because it’s so true.
