I was revol­ted when I heard this last night and I’m revol­ted by the responses from the Army lead­ers to it and to Bush’s self-serving speech about air­strikes in Fal­luja. What, we didn’t think Amer­ic­ans were cap­able of this? Do we have such short memor­ies, Gen­eral? What about My Lai? It wasn’t *that* long ago, surely?
