Went to the environment protest in town after all. Late, but very worth it. I missed the actual march, but got a fair bit of the rally, and best of all Cat Empire played! So I got to boogie down with morgan303 and watch her dance circles around patchworkkid while he practiced displaying studied indifference. He failed periodically, a grin lighting up his face. Guess it’s hard to maintain stoic when there’s a sexy woman trying to swing you into a jig.
Then caught up with Nat and steampunk for chai.
Check out morgan303’s journal for Latham and Howard’s numbers to ring and demand Federal intervention to stop the logging of Tasmania’s old-growth forests.
