Still no new laptop. Old laptop now officially dead, dead, dead. Only reading mail and LJ at work so expect delays.
Eeep, the new pope was a member of the Hitler Youth. He’s still a conservative creep. The world is gonna be very yucky. But the Wikipedia entry on him is very amusing, mostly thanks to the photo (it may not last long, as I’m sure Catholics use Wikipedia too, and someone will edit it to include an accurate photo soon).
Yesterday, while wandering down to Hugo’s café, I saw a banner outside a house reading “FREE WOOD”. For a brief moment, I wondered who Wood was and why I hadn’t heard anything else about this guy. then I realised I’ve been an activist for waaaaay too long. Besides, it isn’t really cold enough for wood fires yet. Not really.
