Okay, I’m with p_cat and a bunch of other people… I’m becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the idea that Joan Felt pushed her father Mark Felt into revealing his identity for her own financial gain.
I noticed the quote from her about paying off debts in yesterday’s articles and it rang an off note but I was too blown away by the revelation to really think it was a serious consideration; I thought it was just tasteless of her to mention it. Now I’m starting to think she’s the instigator. Especially with Woodward saying he isn’t sure Felt knew what he was doing…
